I think she's being polite but is completely indifferent about him...she's too tired of people shipping her and every it-boy she is photographed with.
As for Grant, I've said I expect an electropop sound.....you don't need two guitarists and a fiddle for that sound.....so people getting laid off makes sense. maybe they could come back when the sound changes again. unless they publicly speak ill.
