Documents found by the Sunday Mirror show Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson are directors of the company which registered the 5SOS trademark.
They, along with bandmates Harry Styles, Zayn Malik and Niall Horan, own a 50 per cent stake in the profits with a 10 per cent share each in the company.
The loaded 1D boys have backed the Australian act by regularly tweeting about them to their millions of followers, as well as inviting them as support on a sold-out world arena tour.

Well obviously, it's pop music and a boy-band at that. Personality still counts though (Niall for example tends to attract people, myself included, first of all thanks to his personality).
I didn't jump on the 'hate wagon'. When he had the feud with Tyler Oakley and was accused of being homophobic, I defended him because it was obviously completely stupid. However, since then, he has just gotten too whiny and his looks can no longer make up for that unlike Zayn who has little personality (or doesn't show it) but at least still has his looks.
Also, no need to resort to ad hominem attacks.
It's ok not to like all 5. It's nature and what makes the world fun. And it's also (maybe) ok to express that dislike here in the base so we actually have something to discuss about in this dead thread.

I went to the second NY/NJ date of the WWA tour, it SLAYED me. I'm stanning again. I stopped being a hardcore stan during most of the MM era (still bought the album and went to see their movie though), but now I'm back and it feels so good <3 You & I, Story of My Life, and Through the Dark are the best songs imo
all thrown into a blender and mixed with Demi's face put together.
