Youtube 200 doesnt exist. Youtube 100 existed but they havent updated it in quite a few weeks:
However, you can see the VEVO chart if you are from a country that supports VEVO.com:

You have to pick the "Most Watched Today" or something like that option. The bad thing is that the chart doesnt have the numbers, so you have to count the spots one by one
You can also check Youtube´s weekly Top 20 here:
http://www.billboard.com/charts/youtube
It counts all Youtube streams the songs get (all versions combined), and also counts videos that are only on Youtube but not on VEVO.
