Which goes to my point that their flamboyant image and "out there" sound hurt their success and overall credit compared to the two. You are not really refuting my point.
En Vogue had about six years of notable hits. They were still very relevant up until 1996, one off hit or not. They just could never reach the pinnacles of success that TLC and Destiny's Child did. DC is really only a safer version of En Vogue anyway.
