With proper videos, they would have become great hits, it's not just about the wrong timing, if they were released earlier with the same BORING stupid tour videos they would have 'flopped' the same. Dark Horse has a superb, colorful video who catches the attention, how many views has it? 500 millions, right?.. As much as i love Taylor, and i really really do, if i came across to one of her tour videos on tv, i switch immediatly.. They didn't make the songs justice, they just kill them.
