If you're talking about ***Flawless, people giving it 8/10s, 9/10s, and 10/10s are not at all out of line with literally all the major publications. If people love it, they love it. What you should be questioning is the 0s, 1s, and 2s that people give to purposefully drag down a good score.
But it's none of my business. Lemme listen to this Pixie Lott album.

I'm basically going to repeat what I told Doc here through PMs: major publications mean nothing to atrlcritic. The reason why we all thought atrlcritic would be a good idea was that it would give the community a chance to review the songs and see exactly how they felt about a song. Major publications should not influence your score whatsoever.
This then also comes to the fact that some people were saying that so and so's score should not be counted because they are a hater/troll only to bring the score down. If that was the case and we did that, then we should not count those who praise with 10/10 because they are stans of the artist. It would all become bias central. This is ATRL, where we have stans who overly praise things because it is their fav. This is ATRL, where we have haters who overly degrade things because they hate the particular artist. This is what makes us different from major publications and why everyone should be counted. The only ones that shouldn't be counted are those who don't follow the sentence rule or are blatantly trolling. From what I saw of the "haters" reviews, they all seemed well thought out on why they didn't like the song.
Atrlcritic is still fairly new and it still very much a learning process for us to improve things. "Flawless Remix" just happened to be pretty much the biggest song where we had issues in with determinate things since these were two big artists with big stanbases and haters. I should add it could be argued since we had the likes of Gaga and Ariana. It was brought up in the beginning about possibly giving some members more weight than others to help balance things out, and I think with the case of Flawless that this could do some good. I don't think we're at the point of possibly discussing who would be appropriate to give more weight to, but it is just something to think about possibly happening, maybe.
