I'd been putting Ghost Stories in place of G I R L, but Ghost Stories doesn't feel big enough to get a nom whereas G I R L has the support of Happy + it was more successful and received moderately well.
No it's not. You don't have to pay royalties for covering a song in a concert. You pay royalties if you record and release a cover, or use use the original song sample/instrumental. Mess at yall buying DJwhatshisname ********.
Album of the Year
Beyoncé - BEYONCÉ
Eminem - The Marshall Mathers LP2
Pharrell Williams - G I R L
Sam Smith - In the Lonely Hour
Various Artists - Frozen Soundtrack
Pharrell is a big no. It'll be someone like St. Vincent or Coldplay. They're not going to just forget the rock genre.
Other than that, this is most likely accurate.
EDIT: Scratch that, it'll be The Black Keys.
Coldplay will probably get a nom. even though GS is filth! But does anyone else think Frozen is kinda the frontrunner? Sam Smith could pull an upset too!
Cap10, what songs do you see getting nominated for both ROTY & SOTY? I want to say Let It Go & Happy at the moment. I should add Stay With Me as well, but is 3 too many?
Paramore's Ain't It Fun deserves a SOTY nom. Smart song lyrically. Also The Monster has some great lyrics and deserves some type of recognition.

Record of the Year:
Stay With Me
Fancy
Chandelier
Drunk In Love
Happy (if eligible)
SOTY is a crap shoot. "Stay With Me" will definitely be there.
