Huh? Sure, Single Ladies is her biggest video, but then again it's one of the biggest videos of all time. Crazy In Love, Naughty Boy, If I Were a Boy, Halo, Ego, Diva, while obviously not as big as SL, were also great. And it helps that she made numerous videos for B'Day as well as releasing her last album with a music video accompanying each track. So yeah, she's more than deserving of this.
Kanye or Missy should be next. Let's wait till Gaga's been in the game for a decade before we give her this achievement.
