Why would Miranda need promo? She was on the highest rated children's television show for YEARS.

That's like Miley in her Hannah Days releasing Can't Be Tamed. She really didn't have a hit but had power from still being on TV to make a splash.

Music is every Disney/Nick star's side project until their show is over.

Miranda was Miley famous back during her album releases. You can't compare Teen superstar Miranda/Miley to present day Nick/Disney kids who don't even get half the audience of those old shows.

since i expected her album to do about the same since
Hollywood records only works with pop, rock acts and
rnb artists always get the shaft since disney main audience doesnt care for such music

Following suit of corbin and raven
her second album is likly to absolutly flop before she gets dropped
she needs to leave the label if she is serious
