I'm happy Bey is getting this significant award. It's like a dream come true to receive the same award as Michael Jackson and Madonna and also this is huge promo for this era in IMO.
No one is saying Bey's winning this vanguard award will be remembered for a long ot whatever. But in Britney's case, it was forgotten as soon as she finished introducing Beyoncé's performance, which ended up being the pregnancy anouncement.
Therefore, Britney's moment was forgotten before the commercial break of the same segment she was in...

Sorry but it's a new era now and the bitch who's achieving everything Brit has (and more) is BLACK and makes R&B music (but can also make a killer pop song) and made her place in history meltdown-free.
