It took 4 reinstalls but I finally got 3 working with 1.67.

Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family. From what I've researched it's a pretty basic one that I was able to play Sims 3.

You might run into some trouble. It's only 64MB and The Sims 4 requires 128MB
It should work on low settings though.

It didn't fix anything at all, the patch notes say: "Updated server messaging" and that's it

Yeah, I've noticed it's really glitchy. I can't tell what the patch fixed because I had to update from 1.02 to 1.67.

Willow Creek also has a train xD So boat, tram and train now. Plus the buses for School etc.

You don't really need it as much.

You are able to overlap stuff in The Sims 4 anyway (e.g. Putting a cabinet over a Window etc), and you don't have to stick to the grid. So it won't really be as needed as it was in past games. The point of move objects was to overlap objects or put objects in front of others.

There is also the "alt" cheat which means you can place an object wherever without following he grid.

SimSupply confirmed they are trying to get it in, but they don't want people to download glitchy houses from the gallery. SO if there is a way they can do it that doesn't result in glitches.

But you don't need to rely on it anyway.

Yes, it's a trap, don't use it. Stay with 1.66 instead.

They should keep it in for the fans but there really isn't a need for moveobjects at this point. They've got building and buying pretty much down aside from a few restrictions. I mainly used it for posing Sims.
