My serious opinion....that vid is simply saying she is impatient for the 18th; hence the repeated mashing of the 18 button. It means apex of building, I.e. arrived at destination. So 18th is the goal of long journey of making her latest project

And omg when She tries to be a ballerina, I just can't. And the bridge lacks all the punch of the studio version. What a disaster.
