Fashion! is one of the best songs on Artpop and the reason why is because Troy Carter hooked up with will.i.am and looked into what was possibly going into style which is why it was one of the songs sent to radio when they were also testing Gypsy and G.U.Y. Gaga told a fan at the artRave that she cut it because she didn't think it belonged.
Troy Carter was a hero, poor thing was doing everything he could to help her out from disastrous decisions like making Venus a single and weaseling his way to make it DWUW instead.
