I've always maintained that her Blanche is the best female performance of all time. The only ones that can come (somewhat) close off the top of my head are Emily Watson in Breaking The Waves, Charlize Theron in Monster, & MAYBE Elizabeth Taylor in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?.
I seriously wish she had more high profile roles but eh, her two main roles are pretty much the top tier of what every actress hopes for. I love how Blanche can be seen as what happened to Scarlett 20 years later.
