Yeah, I mean we're getting so much stuff that we didn't get in TS3 base game. I can live with a few missing features (that will be added later on anyway) if it means we get a better game overall.

But you're getting a whole EP worth of other material. You're not getting less in that regard.
If The Sims 4 didn't come with Pools and Toddlers and nothing else balanced that out, than fair enough.

But they are including features we usually pay $40 for an EP, within the base game.
And I won't lie, Nightclubs > Pools and Toddlers.

I can wait for the other two. I'd prefer to have Nightclubs from the get go.

That house seems like it's based on SimSupply's (from YouTube) house, Roseland Manor.
So many similarities in house structure etc. and he was at the Creator Camp.





That may have been the house he build with the Sims 4. The design is similar, and the fountain at the front, and the patio on the side are in the same place. .
Who knows who made it though. I'm just guessing

The UI actually looks okay to me. Less clutter and I feel like once we get to play it we'll see how intuitive it actually is. I like how the grid isn't so complicated when it comes to placing furniture. Already don't really care for the emotion system though.

Instead of buying a Nightclub EP, you'll be buying one with other stuff not included in the base game instead.

Same stuff, different release order. That's all it is.

The same thing happened when Sims 3 was rabbit holes. You can only mention it so many times before it's like, okay, we get it, no proper community lots, we know, let's just focus on what IS coming.

The Sims 4 is coming to Mac. It just isn't being released at the same time (Like The Sims 2).
The only reason why we got the Sims 3 Mac Version at the same time, was because The Sims 3 was delayed 5 months.

I love the UI. I want to see more on my screen. It's something the PS2 games did right.
I love that about Buy Mode as well. And the Emotion system looks boring. But it's better than the "Turn On and Turn Off's" That was the most annoying Sims 2 "exclusive" feature. So glad it wasn't in 3.

I think it's due to the bugginess of game, the graphics never look as good as they should.
The Sims 3 never seem to load Texture's properly (because of CASt) and the overall detail ends up looking rough, rather than smooth.

Those pics are taken with Ultra Settings, yet they still look meh.

I don't get how some of y'all refuse to buy something you've yet to play just because you aren't feeling the previews.

If your faved released a preview of a song and you didn't like it would you automatically say "I'm not buying their album"?

I could understand if they were basing off the DEMO. But not previews.

The Sims 4 requires more than the Sims 3, but runs better than the Sims 3 does. So it should be fine.
