It’s not boring. They spend time fleshing out her character. Judd Apatow productions usually feel overlong but this is a character-driven comedy. It’s still the best and funniest comedy of the decade.

I honestly found Bridesmaids wonderful if a bit depressing. Kristen Wiig had the worst friends ever in that movie (I never would have forgiven Maya Rudolph, huge bitch), they constantly treated her like **** and she kinda goes a little crazy until they all make up.
