I asked my mother, grandmother, and fifty seven year old English teacher what they thought of Madonna and they answered, "an overtop the artist who's more known for acting like a **** rather than making good music". Of course the answers were way more explicit than that but they were quite the opposite of the answers I got when I asked them about Mariah. ("She has an amazing voice and makes great music"). Madonna isn't known for her music. Her albums are quite forgettable. No one in our generation knows a Madonna song. The only thing Madonna can take credit for is that she's the original attention *****. And she's here today still trying to be one. Flashing that pig ear of a titty won't get her anymore attention. Yah, my people agree too. Like whenever a Mariah song comes on the radio my mom jams, I can't make the comparison with Madonna since her songs never come on radio (LOL) but when she was at the Superbowl for example my mom was disgusted pointing out how old and flabby she was. Nobody remembers anything from Madonna, but for some reason they all still hate her and remain disgusted by her presence. It's kinda sad really; it's like even after 3 decades or w/e of work she's still back in the same spot. I don't even think the GP knows who she is still? Like I feel like if I asked my grandma to name a Madonna song she'd be like 'Oh, this is gonna take a while.' 'I think I remember that one, where it went...'. When nobody remembers your music OR likes you as a person, what really are you gonna go down for?
