She looks great with big hair (like during Applause at the VMAs) but I imagine it was purposefully limited by whomever was Tara's assistant because Tara would have just let her do whatever she wanted. Since then, it just got bigger and bigger. It became the fame monster she has warned us about so many times, ready to consume and destroy all that go near.
