Oliver and Company is so damn underrated.

The Aristocrats is also great even if the animation is kind of off-putting.
Pinocchio is sorta underrated nowadays though it certainly wasn't when it came out. It deserves more love and praise. When You Wish Upon A Star is the most iconic Disney song in history (has there been a rate for that sorta thing here yet?).
Also, Pokey is trash despite the MC being a decent character and having gorgeous production values and artwork. It was kinda like they saw what the Academy loved with Beauty and the Beast and made an Oscar begging film because they were desperate for that glory tbh.
