Last night I was laying in bed trying to fall asleep. I stretched one of my calves but when I stretched it it felt really werird... suddenly my calf then felt a massive surge of pain that lasted like 40 seconds. It was the worst pain I ever felt in my life. I almost screamed cause it hurt so bad and if I tried to move my leg the pain would hurt even more. All better now tho. It was so random and unexpected - like nothing like that had ever happened to me before.

I've had that too, like SHICD said it's just a charlie horse. I get those if I stretch too hard and I have to stand up to get it to stop. So now I try not to stretch too hard because I know it could happen again
