Celebrities like Kate Upton or those great-looking, full-figured women in those Hanes commercials are curvy, but they are
professionally curvy, meaning, they have an unrealistic curvy body. The majority of overweight women like to claim these people as some sort of representation of themselves and "real curves" to boost their self-esteem, when in reality, the "normal, curvy" woman looks nothing like that. Example: Lady Gaga recently called herself "
