Who said there was anything wrong with that? I just don't see the point in blowing the music video so early, surely a down-low radio release or just the lyric video gives them enough of an idea of the potential popularity of the song. This way they have nothing left to promote the song once they've decided if it should be promoted to an actual single or not.
But what you're saying is that a bad reaction online could kill this single? Interesting.
