I think this guy would be terrible or just as bad as her current one
Gags could never do those routines in those videos especially while trying to sing at the same time. I'm sure Ritchie himself can do those dance moves shown in the video if he wants to, doesn't mean much
She needs a choreographer that can come up with simple stage movements that look good while still allowing her to sing live, like Boomkack did. Or just stop dancing period
