Shut up please!!! It will have lot of commercial success, give it at least a month!!!! TIHWD is one of the most radio-friendly PRISM's song, so it will not have problem on charts!!!
This is the catchiest song on Prism the hate for it is crazy. I thought Birthday was the worst song on Prism but the remix totally saved it for me.This single will take off with exposure stop the drama.

There's no point in supporting a song by an artist you like if you don't like the song, I agree. But you're wasting your time spreading needless negativity through paragraph after paragraph on an internet forum. Alright, we get it, you don't like the song. You don't need to restate that in a bunch of essays. You've already gotten your point across. Saying how much you dislike it isn't going to make Katy cancel it.
Secondly, I legitimately DO NOT understand what you mean by that Walking on Air comment. Aside from the fact that one moment you say that you shouldn't be told not to hate on This Is How We Do because you don't like it and then in the SAME POST you tell others to not hate on Walking On Air because they don't like it (what kind of hypocrisy?), Walking on Air LOST to Dark Horse. Dark Horse was chosen as the first promo single by fans and the GP, Dark Horse debuted higher than Walking on Air on the charts, Dark Horse had more longevity, and Dark Horse was chosen as an official single. In what world did Walking on Air win here?
The lyric video is doing fine. GP reaction to a single that hasn't even had any spins on radio and its only promo is a lyric video that was just uploaded to VEVO and YouTube is good... it's already crossed two million views in three days. That's pretty good. Also, it has a 91% approval rating according to its likes vs its dislikes. Fans are saying one thing (Walking on Air) and GP is saying another. Looks like the GP prevails again. Or should we take a quick look at fan-favourites "Criminal" by Britney Spears, "Tonight I'm Getting Over You" by Carly Rae Jepsen and "G.U.Y." by Lady Gaga's peak positions for an idea of how fan faves usually perform?
...
Oop, looks like some posts might need deleting since I just picked apart all of the lies in yours.
Don't be such an over-dramatic drama queen. Of course she cares about her fans. But she's not going to cancel a single just because a couple of pressed stans act all spoiled and tweet they don't like the song and expect something to be done about it. That's not how the music industry works. Artists should NOT take career advice from fans. It's been done before, and it never works out.
There's every chance the GP may support her when she releases an acoustic record. She's changed her sound once before, she can do it again. As long as the music is good, Katy will be fine.
You are wrong about the Dark Horse remix. Pitbull does these kinds of things for fun. He's Mr. Worldwide, of course he's going to be able to hit up a studio and lay done a verse on a whim. All he'd need is the track and just take off Juicy J's verse and replace it with his own and there, a professional-sounding mix. Pitbull and Dr. Luke work together a lot. Nothing odd there. It was NEVER meant to be an official remix.
He did the same thing with Kesha on Crazy Kids. Only the will.i.am and Juicy J remixes were official singles.
Have to say that I laughed at this post. The amount of effort put into replying to minor unimportant lines and opinions in an attempt to disprove what I said, and completely failing at it. I feel like I have a duty to correct you.
If me spending one night in the middle of summer discussing my favourite musicians latest single is a waste of time and spreading negativity what do you call 170 pages of "Haha Walking on Air's fans are so stupid, imagine how gay you would be if you liked Walking on Air, Walking on Air fans must be power bottoms, Walking on Air is such a gay song, only gays like gay songs"? Not my fault you lot were rude one too many times for my liking.
The Walking on Air comment was a joke in regards to a comment made about Dark Horse beating Walking on Air every time when it actually originally peaked higher on iTunes. Stop taking everything so seriously, I would never try to control people and tell them what they can and can't say about a song, as you just attempted to do to me.
Is this the very first single you've ever been a fan of pop music for? Usually sharing a promotional video to tens of millions of people is enough to sustain at least a small amount of sales for a few days. I have no idea why you're treating me like an idiot in regards to fan favourite songs, I have never said that an artist should only listen to fans advice as fans often favour the least single worthy tracks on the album. Pissing off your fanbase does not mean you've picked a good single.
Did you just admit to being a dupe? Cause that post clearly wasn't in reference to you, and even if it was I fail to see what lies you pointed out, you just stated your opposing (and aggressive) opinion.
"Being an over-dramatic queen", or in the real world, exaggerating to prove a point.
Do you have a source which says the Crazy Kid remix wasn't scraped and was actually just done for fun? Who keeps leaking these tracks that Pitbull records at home when he's bored? Definitely needs to fire his maid.
Now, stop attacking people's first post in the thread like they're some obsessed hater and either cheer for the song you're supposed to like or go away.

Radio release day! Anyone heard it yet? Wonder if radio was just being polite for once and held off until playing it until the release day.
It'll be so sad if this song kills her Radio Darling title...
