I'm with digital numbers ruling the chart because I believe the main chart should represent what people spend their money on - just like the album charts, but, unfortunately, the final decision is still up to radio which is mostly controlled by payola and the likes of Rihanna's labels.
I think you are referring to the calculation of Hot 100 points...so I think you mean 38, not 30...and if thats the case, its the airplay in milllions. Sales will have to bolster her because her audience is never a strong point for her.
This is true. Although, "Womanizer" is showing no intentions of slowing down on radio. Even bursting out of nowhere on Hot AC this week, and a growing power on Rhythmic. Sales will obviously sustain her since she only fell 10% this week and also shows no sign of stopping it's iTunes hold up.
Regardless, for the next 4 weeks, promotions/performances will keep the single alive on iTunes and hopefully radio and we won't have to worry about her slipping hard.

Heading for Platinum still a tad disappointing it's digital sales as whole, considering they were the main reason it only peaked at #11 :-\ the only last hope for it is the AMA performance which I'm not really betting on doing much anways

Don't bet out. "Better In Time" hasn't gotten a WIDE performance yet, mainly late night shows/morning shows etc. An awards show will give it at least a week boost.

Leona moved ahead of Rihanna in airplay this week, and according to quickut has a 10 million audience lead, while Rihanna has a lead of 40k downloads, so Rihanna will be probably be ahead of Leona right?
