She isn't really electronic, so you'll be a bit disapointed. She's a bit all over the place musically. I would recommend Beach Mix. It's greatest hits album of her uptempo songs. Or maybe just Bon Voyage or Japonesque. She only started doing EDM when it became popular.
That sucks (for me), but thanks for clearing that up! Still, all over the place sounds more my type than a lot of Japanese singers from what I've heard, so maybe she's still my best bet.
I mean I tried (Miss)understood a few weeks ago and it was good, but a little too much rock in one album for me.
I'm listening to Japonesque now though and it's cool. The introduction and So Nice
If you're into Electropop, this is the group for you:
dd I'm already a fan of Perfume. I'm seeing them live in November.
I'm not exclusively electropop, it's just a nice touch when a lot of Japanese singers seem to be rock-centric for the most part (pre-2010(?)), and when they're all so heavy on the rock element it sounds really samey.

Both Introduction and So Nice are awesome omg You'll probably enjoy V.I.P. a lot!
If you like electronic music then you should check Namie Amuro's FEEL out, you're gonna be OBSESSED with it, there are awesome tracks produced by awesome producers such as ZEDD.

I just checked out a few singles from Feel and they sound quirky, so I'm going to download it now and hopefully not forget to listen to the album for a few months.
Brave just started and so far there hasn't been a single dud, although BBB was a little forgettable - as in I've already forgotten it - so it's looking good. Brave started out a little slow but the chorus was where it's at.

The best tracks from FEEL are: Alive, Rainbow, HEAVEN, Hands On Me, Big Boys Cry, La La La, Supernatural Love and Stardust In My Eyes. But actually the whole album is amazing for me.
About JAPONESQUE, the Pop Gem IN THE AIR is coming and be prepared for the slayage that the Interlude, ESCALATE, Love Me Back, KO-SO-KO-SO and Lay Down are gonna serve.

In the Air was sooo good, but I didn't realise until it was nearly over.
Amazed by how much more I'm enjoying the second half of Japonesque. Escalate, Love Me Back, Ko-So-Ko-So, Lay Down, Love Technique, hell even No Man's Land >>>>>
Driving sounds good, although admittedly the hook for me is her vocals over the production. Since it's on the same album as Taboo I might check out Trick anyway though.

Taboo though!
Pop Diva was pretty cool too.
Lollipop was okay, a potential grower since it didn't GRAB me straight away.
Juicy was a hot mess and I love it.
Amai Wana was okay, nothing spectacular. I liked the influences though.
LOL was cool, a definite grower although I like it already.
Be My Baby is kinda of awesome, I'm impressed.
Outside Fishbowl is pretty sweet, her voice goes really well with rock with its grittiness. Out of the fishbool
I love Shake It's production, although overall the song isn't really my style.
Crazy 4 U was okay, although it's a little early-00s sounding for my taste.
So ideally I'm looking for an album of Taboo's, Pop Diva's and Be My Baby's.
I didn't realise she was so electro-centric, I love it. Can anyone recommend her best album/most accessible from an electronic POV please?
try Beach Mix! it's a little trashy but fun and electroish. I use it to work out tho
