So? Do you honestly expect her to say she hates an album that she's currently "promoting"?

And that's clearly not the case, I wouldn't love BJ even if did better than Circus or FF. BOMT and OIDIA barely get any love here yet they're her best selling efforts and have sold over 20M each. Blackout is praised to the highs yet it took over 5 years to go Platinum and is considered an underperformance, and even Wok Wok is praised by everybody with taste despite also underperforming (to say at the least) and barely scrapping Platinum.

People hate Britney Jean because it's a bad album and that's just the way it is.

Circus and FF aren't basic, BJ is.
Myah and other backing vocalists are actually credited for their work on Circus and FF, but not BJ because Myah is actually singing verses and they wanted to pass her vocals off as Britney.

Britney wasn't in the right mindset to promote back in 2007, I mean the VMAs performance damaged her career.

I don't know how you can claim she cares for BJ yet in that interview she did in December, she couldn't even remember the name of the first song she recorded for the album yet she remembered things from 10 years ago perfectly fine.

While some of this may be true, I provided examples of that not being always the case but of course you ignored them. If BJ was a good album like it was supposed to be before Will took over, I doubt anyone would care about it's sales besides the Fighters and the Hive. There's releasing a good album and flopping and then there's releasing a bad album AND flopping.

And I don't even like FF that much, but it's a much better album than BJ as a whole. Sure, some of the tracks are basic, but it's a solid pop record at the end of the day and it was adored by the public. It also happens to be her 2nd most acclaimed album to date. Critics aren't everything but they must mean something. It also gave Britney her 8th Platinum album and 3 Top 10 singles so people must've liked it. BJ gave us nothing.

Circus and FF are not basic. Not singing half of your most "personal" album is, however.

oh my god Coddie just give up. she remembers things from ITZ (an album recorded 11 YEARS AGO) because she loved it and had a lot of control. She remembered nothing about the first song she recorded from Britney Jean (literally a few months BEFORE THE INTERVIEW) because she doesn't give a **** about it.
