I wouldn't say Bowser is OP per say, and if Sakurai nerfs him right before release i'll be sad.
The dark palette Bowser was played by a pro Bowser player from Brawl.
And Bowser is a heavy weight playing aggresive against Toon Links and Sheik,
who are semi-light weight and were playing defensive.
