Charli XCX stopped by the Late show with Seth Meyer to promote her hit singles 'Tokyo Lights' and 'Alone in the Dark' and her hit album 'Devour My Heart'. The first part of her appearance on the show was her interview where she started talking about the rumors surrounding her and how fame has been changing her. She also hinted at a small clothing line. She also talked about the re-vamped version of her tour which is rumored to start in late august. For the interview, she wore a beautiful black see-through top with a light pink bra right underneath it, and high-waisted short jeans. She also had some Christian Louboutin boots.
"Working with The Blonds was amazing, but now I want to move on to something that would be a little bit more 'me', fashion-wise. I'm working on a small fashion project, hopefully people will like it!" she said while hinting at a clothing line. She also talked about the new 'Tokyo Lights Tour': "I've been working with many great people on this new version, it's more visuals oriented than the first version. I also am designing myself some new outfits along with big designers for the show. Can't wait for it to start!". She also talked about fashion and her own style and how much variety she has in her own style. "I like trying out different genres of fashion or mix them up all together." she said.
After the interview, Charli got up to start her performance. Her first performance was 'Alone in the Dark', it was a a more simplistic, less EDM and more vocals version of the song. She had 1 male and 1 female dancer in the background doing graceful moves in Kimonos. Charli herself was wearing a blue kimono with a white outfit underneath it. Charli than sang her current single 'Tokyo Lights' while 4 more dancers appeared in the background, all doing graceful moves.

Interviewer: Since you're not in a relationship, let's talk about someone that you'd want
to date, who would that be?
Ellie: I really don't know. I don't think I really have a "type".
Interviewer: But if you had to pick a celebrity, who would it be?
Ellie: I think I'd go with James Franco, he's really talented and he plays in my show
Skeleton. I got to know him pretty well thanks to that.
Interviewer: Will there be another season of the show?
Ellie: Not sure yet, I think it might just be a one season type of show, I'd like to continue
doing it but I'll be very busy after the release of my album.
Interviewer: Tell us about your work with WWF.
Ellie: Well I didn't a cat commercial for Whiskas that gives money to WWF whenever you buy it
and then a few hours ago, I was at a concert that helped raise $750,000 for WWF. They're a
great charity, I try to help them as much as I can because I love animals. That's why I
became a vegan.
Interviewer: Do you miss any non-vegan food?
Ellie: Yeah, I love cheese but I gave that up too.
Interviewer: Have you got many promo spots for your new album?
Ellie: Yeah I'm planning on promoting it a lot. I have a lot of talk show and radio interviews
booked so that the album doesn't flop. My last album, Animal, did ok, it almost went platinum
but that's not as good as my other albums.

I mean I heard her sing the bridge of "Ugly Heart" live on SXSW... and I understand why they do what they do. Paula's pretty much the 2006-version of Shannon from DK in the group, although Shannon wasn't the best dancer (they all can dance the **** out of any other girl group). I remembered watching Simone on X Factor. When she sang "Help" at Simon's house in that elusive dress my mom was like: "Poor girl needs help" and the night of her elimination she was advertising that music video she just released. She knew what she was doing and she's extremely passionate so I'm so happy she made it. I stan for the other three as well, but you're right, Paula's just a fluff character.
