That's better than just ending the era early. At least if she's releasing underperformances she's still on the radio, if she just stops releasing singles altogether than she's going to fade and nobody will support her during her next era, like what happened with the Born This Way and Artpop eras.

She needs to keep releasing singles and just see what smashes and what doesn't so that she knows what type of music to make for her next album and can come back stronger than ever. There's nothing wrong with having a few underperformances, not every song can be a hit, and she can learn from these underperformances by seeing what the GP likes and doesn't like.

I honestly want her to have success with this single but I don't see it happening. I'm not trying to be negative, but it's how I feel. I am looking forward to the music video though. I wonder if they'll release a trailer like her other videos.

Honestly "Legendary Lovers" will smash in the fall and a ballad/more slow song in the winter. Maybe "Double Rainbow" or "Ghost" or even "It Takes Two". There must be a reason why it's the only deluxe Prism track she is doing on tour.

Also I defintely think we're gonna get a re-release with some new tracks. Possibly this fall or next spring. I don't know about you guys but I want "Bad Photographs" as one of the tracks.

Wait this makes no sense. So it's better to release underperforming singles so that radio will still play them? If each one keeps udnerperforming the next one becomes less and less likely to be spun as much. So what you're suggesting is she just throw whatever out until it sticks and blows up (which is a very messy strategy) so she can lose her notoriety on pop radio?
