Peacock is a ridiculous wildcard, it could've destroyed Katy's career as it's just too polarizing and silly. I never wanted it to be a single but I think it going gold without even being a single is a great achievement for it. WOA is simply a great pop song that would provide another flavor of the album and lead the pack of 90s deephouse influenced pop music blowing up (along with Hideaway, My Love,...).
It really should've been Walking on Air though. And then LL to cap it off. Like, I sincerely don't know what they were thinking with TIHWD.
