I think she is doing pretty damn good without any promo, unless you want to count her two tweets as promo, and based on the fact that the song is a pre-order.
Pretty good considering it's a comeback, pre-order, and there's only been one official announcement! I'm happy for her.
It would be nice I think if she did as well in Canada & the US as she did in some other countries but success is good no matter where it is!
This era is very unique compared to when she was first in music. iTunes wasn't as much of a factor as it was the first time around. So it's interesting to see it all come in to play now.

I honestly NEVER saw this coming. Malaysian and Singaporean GP kinda forgotten abt her and her fans here are suuuuper few compared to at least 5 years ago. So this is defo exciting.

Oh and to ans Stepfon's ques, this is a VERY GOOD start for her comeback. No promo but alread hitting top 40 in like what, ten countries? ITunes is defo a big factor in her career this era bec nearly EVERYONE owns it. Radios now too are more opened and since the in thing now is EDM music, CTS which doesnt sound like an EDM single, is obv diff and would certainly shift the GP's attention to listen to more honest, laidback and straightforward pop track instead of heavy dancey electronica tracks which are massively played on radios now.
