Ready for some good performances and dynamic energy from this cast. Fingers crossed.

No clips yet. Was literally dropped out of nowhere @ TIFF yesterday, which I think/hope is a good sign.
LeJend plays a Harvard professor who develops aggressive early-onset Alzheimer's. She has three kids -- one is a lawyer, the other a doctor, and the youngest (KStew) is studying to become an actress. LeJend's relationship with KStew is strained b/c she wants her to study something real and substantial.
The whole acting thing always gets in the way of them connecting. Whenever they talk, they're never able to move beyond that.
But once the disease hits hard it's KStew who is there for LeJend in a way that the others are not...they're all present and helping but KStew is the one who best understands her mother (even though at first it seemed like the other two had a better rapport with their mother).
Anyway, by the time the disease has fully taken over and LeJend begins to refer to KStew as "the pretty girl who says she's actress," you WILL be reaching for the Kleenex!
