About the same as MTN had during its single era, and that song actually got airplay. Poor G.U.Y. I really felt like it could've been a smash. But I applaud Gaga for coming back after the DWUW fiasco and putting out one of her best music videos.

That's really what I liked the most about the G.U.Y. video. That Gaga still had ambition in her after all the drought she went through with ARTPOP.

Still sad "Gypsy" was left a cult hit, but hey! you can't always get what you want.

I used to agree, but I stopped listening to all her music for a couple of weeks and relistened and my conclusion

TFM > BTW > TF >>>>>>>>>> ARTPOP (not that it's not a good album, it's just too shallow, it's overproduced, it sounds too flat and boring, her Swinefest productions were a lot better/more exciting)

ARTPOP was the first time she worked with current producers and released an album full of current sounds. I don't care what y'all think, G.U.Y. is one of my favourite Gaga music videos, despite the editing which felt choppy and me getting upset Venus will never get a full music video. The message was clear, perfect metaphor to describe her frustration during ARTPOP, her old management and the industry in general. Not to mention, it's up there with Poker Face with her most flawless looks in a music video. The video deserved so much more attention.

I mean as in promotion being filmed now to air when the release is closer.

They've already filmed a couple of interviews and will be performing and taping a performance for a later date. I mean, it's not a lot, but I doubt this album will receive that much promotion as it is.

They are going to tour it, if that's not much promotion then I don't know what is

They're not actually going to tour it in the sense that you think. She has to start training for her space performance a couple of months in advanced, so there's not a lot of time between the end of artRAVE and the training. And touring promotes to a crowd every night, not to millions like televised performances and interviews.

Yes, they are going to tour it like an actual tour, RadioARTPOP revealed that last night (probably just US though)... and people who still think that performance in space is happening.... that festival doesn't even have a scheduled date yet
