The Black Album is Jay-z 's best album of the 2000's.
And the Idler Wheel should be on the list as opposed to Extraordinary Machine.
The Blueprint kind of captured a zeitgeist in America so although I don't care for any era of Jay-Z music so so much, it's understandable to see it always topping/appearing on these kinds of lists.
