She was never a big digital seller. Yes this is underperforming for a lead single for a third album, but in the end it won't seem bad because most of her singles only go Gold/Platinum.

What are you talking about? Its sales are much better than its airplay. It's only #76 on overall AI, it has never been lower than that on iTunes. The song has been Top 20/30 for a while.
