Beachmasters’ Summer Rave: Magaluf

Kesha has performed as part of the Beachmasters Summer Rave Kesha has signed up for, at BCM Planet in Magaluf, Mallorca.
The 27-year old popstar performed a 5-part party set on the stage at the biggest club of Mallorca, which can house several thousands of people. The event was completely sold out and people were outside of the club trying to get in. The crowd greeted Kesha with a big applause and massive cheers, as Kesha performed her biggest hit singles at the party.. Kesha gave us some controversy as she served us a minor nipslip. Kesha told us she wasn’t that bothered about it, since she was part of the #FreeTheNipple campaign after all.
Setlist:
~Beautiful Mess
~Exorcism (feat. Azealia Banks)
~Die Young, Take It Off, Your Love Is My Drug mash-up
~Crazy Kids, Tik Tok mash-up
~Timber
Pre-order Kesha's highly anticipated third studio album on Itunes and get 'Exorcism' and 'Beautiful Mess' instantly. Or purchase the singles and remixes separate from Itunes, Amazon or Spotify.

BILLBOARD MAGAZINE

(Graphic made by Gasp )
You just released your first project in six years. How does it feel and what are your favorite songs from it?
To have something be put out finally is just incredible, and we hope our fans love every little thing that we've done to work on it! Aubrey's favorite is "Rage", Shannon's is "Rhythm of Love" and Dawn's is "Lemonade". It's funny, because with this EP we really catered all of the tracks to fit to our custom styles and meet our influences.
Last week your attempt to bring “Lemonade” back onto the top tier of the charts failed. What’s the next move?
We’re extremely disappointed in “Lemonade”’s chart run and quite shocked actually. We expected to sell a lot more copies last week, but it is what it is and instead of moping around we gotta focus our energy on getting to the top of the charts this week. And we just released our second single from the EP, “Rage” which will hopefully hit Top Five on the charts but maybe it won’t this week. But as of right now our main priority is to get ‘DK3’ to #1. Go purchase it!
You previously stated that each song from the EP will become a single. Does this mean “Rhythm of Love” will impact soon?
Yes! “Rhythm of Love” will be the final single from the EP and it will be released on the first week of August. We definitely have some great performances and visuals to promote it that we’re currently working on. We can’t wait to release it as a single, but right now we’re following through with “Rage”.
Let’s talk about the Video Music Awards. 0 nominations. What’s your reaction to that?
Well, if we sat here and said that we were okay with it that’d be a complete lie. I mean, we knew we weren’t going to get nominated for Best Collaboration but the fact we didn’t get nominated for Best R&B/Hip-Hop Video is some ********. I mean, we understand that there’s many deep, creative videos out there but our song is about shade, summer and sipping some lemonade. What video do you want us to make - two people committing suicide because they’re in love? Um, no… Just no. We will be performing at the VMAs though, and we are very excited to bring it and show everybody that we save the best performances for Award Shows! But to be honest, let’s talk about “Gunshots”. The fact that it did not receive a single nomination is utter ********. It’s obvious that there’s some voting alliances, which is sincerely ****ed up. We really just hope the right people for each category win, otherwise we gonna go all out on the Twitter account. Aubrey just got a new phone and it’s loaded with 4G LTE. Beware bitches.
Speaking of other artists - many different girl groups are coming up on the scene such as Neon Jungle and G.R.L. As a matter of fact, The Saturdays just got signed too! What’s your thoughts on this?
We are so, and I mean extremely happy to see girl groups finally starting to break into the industry. The last time girl groups really owned owned the industry was a decade or two ago, and I think will all the potential they have and the amazing labels they’re signed to, they will smash pretty hard. We actually got more motivation to truly bring it this week and just dominate because we’re the first girl group to start an era and we gotta bring it hard to let these other labels know that we’re all coming. And in fact, we’re doing a little girl group special on TRL this week so that’s very exciting as well!
Can we expect a full-length LP featuring these three songs?
Yes! During the midst of our tour, which will be announced later this week, we are going to be finishing up our third full-length studio album. We’re going back and forth between a few titles, and stuff like that but we’re pretty deep into the process and we can’t wait to share the full collection with our fans. And all three songs from the EP will be included on the album, so yes, we are still teasing the fans a bit - but at least they’ve got something now.
Can you give us a sneak preview on the LP?
We’ve worked on songs called “Roulette” and “I Would Be Nothing” for the album. The album is just so diverse and amazing, it’s going to be our best work by far.
With competition such as Rita Ora and Zedd this week - where do all of you stand?
Well like we’ve said before, we wish both these artists the best of luck this week as we’re great fans of both of them and their work. It’s definitely going to be a close race, but whatever happens I think will truly be the right calls. We’re really, really trying to get that #1 but it’s definitely going to be a challenge.
You’ve worked with artists such as Tyga and Céline Dion this past month. Can we expect any more collaborations?
Well both of them will only have part in our music with “Lemonade”. We did a remix with Céline Dion on her song “Ratchette” last year, and when she saw we weren’t doing so hot she wanted to give us a hand and she’s still going out and promoting the song like crazy with us. She’s truly the sweetest person in the industry when she’s behind-the-scenes and just working with you one-on-one. As for Tyga, he was the exact perfect feature for “Lemonade” and just polishing/crafting the whole relaxed vibe of the song. We send a great thank you to him as well.
Talk more about the upcoming tour please!
Well, we’re making the announcement unveiling everything later this week, but we can say we have an amazing opening act who we admire very much. She’s flipped the script on everybody with this era and has delivered some of the most high-quality work time and time again, and we’re honored she agreed to open for us. And as for the show itself - we’ll be previewing new music and we’ll actually be getting quite a large stage compared to our No Filter Tour earlier this year. The show’s going to be off the chain!
What are your favorite songs now?
We love love love Azealia Banks, G.R.L. and Neon Jungle’s new material! “Braveheart” has been on repeat for us for a day, and Azealia’s album is so dark and ****ed up we love it.
Final question - what can we expect this week besides the MTV Takeover?
Aubrey and Céline are going to **** it up and flip the script again. I don’t think any artist is ready for this.

Charli XCX Performs on the Today Show, Premiers the Tokyo Lights music video

Charli XCX made an appearance on the today show barely a few hours ago, while promoting her last single 'Tokyo Lights', but the main point of the appearance was the premier of her brand new music video for the single. She first sat down wearing a Dior white and pink top with white short ripped jeans accessorized with white Versace Spring/Summer 2014 heels.
Today we have a very special guest here with us, Charli XCX, to premier her brand new music video! Welcome Charli!!
Thank you I'm so happy I'm here! Can't wait to premier the video!
'Tokyo Lights' is the first track on 'Devour My Heart', what is the song about?
The song is basically about a guy that I met that made my heart 'light up'. I'm comparing how you know, my heart light up, to a city where there's neon lights in every street and it's just beutiful when you look at it at night!
Will the song represent this?
Well yes.. and no. The video is ins[ired by the theme of the song but it's not a movie with the theme as a script. You'll see it in just a few minutes!
There are rumors that you will be ending your 'Devour my Heart' next week!
Those rumors are completely false, I'm just going to take a break and travel a bit but that's it, I'm coming for blood at the end of august!
Is there any song on the album 'Devour my Heart' that you think every person should hear?
Hooked On It, the song I did with Sky Ferreira, it's a masterpiece in my opinion. But Tokyo Lights is my favorite song.
After a short break, the music video premiered. She is wearing exactly the same outfit that she is wearing for the interview. The first scene shows Charli lying down on a gigantic heart, made out of regular light bulbs. They were all turned off. The camera zooms in at Charli and than shows us her face side-views. Charli suddenly starts singing the lyrics while the music starts. Scenes of Charli walking in a dark place are shown and suddenly, long neon sticks, attached to each other started to light up, they formed a road around Charli and she started following it. Right before the chorus, the road ended right before a huge door and Charli opens it. Charli looks behind the door, and sees that it's actually Tokyo. The chorus kicks in and Charli is shown dancing around and laughing in an empty tokyo street by day. The heart-light bulb scene is shown again and some of the light bulbs around Charli are shown lighting up just a few of them.
During the breakdown, a scene of Charli just jumping around and suddenly starting to fly is shown. She seems surprised at first but than starts enjoying it and keeps going higher and higher. She slowed down and started going back to the ground again. She lands softly and when the chorus starts again she continues walking. At the end of the street, there's another door which Charli opens. It's the 'dark room' again except this time the room is covered in neon signs that slowly starts turning on. The video ends by showing Charli still laying down on the heart made out of light bulbs which all light up when the music stops.

NATALIA KILLS RELEASES STATEMENT ABOUT FEMINISM + FIRES BACK AT LANA
Feminism is a subject that I constantly need to talk about. Being a victim of abuse, it’s not a subject that is light and it needs to be talked about. I don’t understand why artistes like Lana Del Rey celebrate domestic violence or think it’s normal…it’s not.
I wrote a song called “Rainy Days”, it’s on my album “Ko-Motion”. I talk a lot about what I went through on that song. It’s not something that I wish upon anybody. When somebody just takes your body, uses it, and then leaves you there for dead, it’s not something that I would want for anybody. If you are in an abusive home, school, place, I advise you to leave. No human being, no boy, no girl, no “love” is good enough for you to suffer from. But the fact is that I cannot be in a relationship where I am suffering and then, say it is love.
Artistes like Lana Del Rey should not encourage their fans to be in abusive relationships. It is not right, it is not healthy, and it is just plain wrong. I don’t subscribe to the notion of suffering and smiling and if artistes like Lana Del Rey think that way...then they need a rethink of their life and values.
I am currently on my "Ko-Motion World Tour" and if you haven't got a ticket, you should. It is very educational. Of course it has the entertainment side of it but then, it also has the educational side of it. Lana Del Rey should really also teach her fans to be less negative and to take advice from people who give it to them.
"War, Lies, Love, Money" is out and on the charts. If she is angry that none of the singles that she released are charting then I'm sorry, she just needs to make better music. She should make songs that actually have positive messages and maybe, just maybe, she would finally be able to chart.
One more thing! Lana, I can't say that you should get your head out of your ass because at this point, all you smell is **** and no matter where you try to stick your head, your big ass nostrils will never be able to smell the good smell of fresh air cuz you, like your music, are ****!

Is this any good gerls?
Quote:
Fantasies are living in your head
You think you better than any other girl
Your weight is way too small
The bones are showing
The money is ain’t your friend
Get real and face the facts
You are no Barbie doll
You don’t live in a magical castle
Over the top has gotten to your head
No red carpet, not modeling career
You just a normal girl
Stop acting like a Barbie doll
Cause that’s ain’t you girl
You were a good girl
Until your parents got rich
You became so pushy, and stuck up
The help is all I can offer you
But is there a way back?
You were a good girl
Until your parents got rich
Now you are alone
Even your life is a wreck
And your ken has left you too
It’s time to get real and face the facts
You are no Barbie doll
You don’t live in a magical castle
Over the top has gotten to your head
No red carpet, not modeling career
You just a normal girl
Stop acting like a Barbie doll
Cause that’s ain’t you girl
It’s ain’t you girl. (whispering)

HDD: CLARE BOWEN PREVIEW
Gearing up for her debut LP release very late in the Summer, just in time for Fall, Nashville star Clare Bowen has been in and out the studio constantly for the past two weeks. We were very fortunate to get a little taste of her upcoming album, which once again, is set to be released just before the Fall. The two tracks we were previewed, "Bullseye" and "1492" were quite different, but very amazing. Having co-written "Bullseye", Bowen described the track as "one of her favorites" and one of the more edgy songs on the album. Although the album is only 60% complete, Bowen talked as if the album had already been completed. "It's not that I'm delusional and disappointing, but I just have this clear sound of what each track will be like and I'm confident that it will be amazing, I'm very excited to get them done," she commented. "Bullseye", filled with a louder bass, and several different guitars does sound like quite the danger as the opening line is: "Don't trust a man, with a mullet / He's got the cash, and the bullets" with ad-libs in between the two lines. The chorus is quirky and infectious, with the main lyric being: "I'd let you hit my, bullseye anytime". In "1492", Clare really takes a theatrical and cryptic point of view on the old days where sailboats were the form of transportation, and the saloons replaced modern-day clubs. The track, which was co-written by John Paul White, who worked on the Nashville duet with Clare Bowen and Sam Palladio "If I Didn't Know Better" (which is also on the album), features a huge, wide chorus which Clare's vocals are completely bare and untouched on the track. The track also features a flute solo and ocean drum/rain stick, which really brings the oceanfront feel to the track. Based on the two tracks we have already heard, and the tracks confirmed to be brought over from Nashville soundtracks - Clare Bowen could half one of the best debut albums of the decade. You can listen to the Sam Palladio duet, "If I Didn't Know Better" below. Clare Bowen is set to release her lead/debut single on August 10th in which she confirmed she is already working on visuals for. Mark your calendars, because she is definitely a critic-wise force to be reckoned with.

Selena Gomez: The Starbucks Sessions
Selena Gomez performed an intimate, acoustic set at a larger Starbucks in Calabasas. The very exclusive and private show was only open to 75 people. The top secret show was not made open to the general public, but only to members of Selena's online fanclub. They were emailed dates and times, but told it was for a "special opportunity", not a concert. Fans were extremely surprised to find out they would get to be up close & personal with the star. This is Selena's first time doing business with the coffee chain, as her label already has a deal to sell Selena's album in-store.
The singer performed unplugged versions of her own songs, like Best, Come & Get It, The Last Time, Messy and Eyes. She slowed the set down with covers of “Tyrone” by Erykah Badu, “Ex-Factor” by Lauryn Hill, “Loving Me 4 Me” by Christina Aguilera, and “Rocket” by Beyonce (which she intertwined with her own song ‘Vanilla’. The only non-R&B song she covered was “Ultraviolence” by Lana Del Rey. She gave fans a treat by performing album tracks from her first albums like Fantasy, Red Is The Color and Love Is War. Selena set the ambiance in the room by lighting candles, having fans sit on rugs & pillows (rather than chairs) and having mood lighting.
Selena wore her usual acoustic show attire, dressed in a white sundress and aqua headband. The outfit was complimented by Alexander Wang sandals and jewelry. At the end of the show, Selena took pictures with fans and chatted with them for a while. Each individual performance has been uploaded to Vevo and iTunes, as well as the full show. For a limited time, the physical version can be purchased exclusively in Starbucks locations across america.

UPDATE:
I only got a few VMA PM's, and I realized obviously some people aren't sending because they're nominated and don't want to vote someone else.
But that's unfair to the people who actually did vote despite being nominated.
So if you're nominated in any category it's required to send final votes. Remember they're on page 372. K bye.
