It's prolly the timezone difference.

For me, it reads as "11:47 PM - 20 Jul 2014".

And, remember, this hint/surprise (something we can "see") is different from the 28th surprise (album related).

#24 will be its peak unless it picks up on pop radio and rises back into the Top 50 on iTunes.
