It's "There's No Exit, we're in Jean Paul Sartre. Hope you don't think my obsession is awkward."
It does kind of remind of Applause verses though. She was definitely into art for a while. It's weird how she didn't bring more into it this era. She was always skating on the surface of everything but never really dove into one subject. Just messy and all over the place.

We can just continue to act like Katy, Nicki, Ke$ha, Miley, etc. would've started dressing "crazy" regardless of whether or not Gaga did it first or not.
Or we can state the obvious: Gaga made everyone up their game and completely changed the way people thought about pop music and visual art.

Miley kind of succeeded, but she never would've done some of the things she did in the first place (her performances, her outfits, her tour, or behavior) if Gaga hadn't raised that bar years ago.
Just look at everything the pop stars do. From their tours to their performances to their videos, nothing would be the way it is today if Gaga hadn't paved the way and started doing it first. That's something Gaga doesn't get enough credit for, here (obviously) and elsewhere.

I agree. Her impact is undeniable.

Out of Control, Nothing On (But the Radio), and The Greatest Thing are some of Gaga's best songs, would smash with 58 weeks at #1 each if released, and that's the tea. Find the lies.

OMG Gaga needs to work with Rick Rubin again, just found he's responsible for one of my favorite songs ever (LDR's Ride). They could really make some magic together if they wanted to, and it would be an inspired choice musically too. I hope the user Iadygaga considers it!

no t no shade but one of the worst parts of being a Gaga stan ~*from da start*~ is having to hear people praising "Out Of Control" and "Nothing On (But The Radio)" all the time. I got over them in 2011.

It's not that they don't slay, it's just that I already had my time stanning over them. They were good time passers while waiting for Born This Way. But Gaga's already been through 2 more production phases of her career, and tbh those two songs just aren't as top notch as they used to be. that's just my onion tho.

I wanna add to the conversation about her outfits getting stale. I agree for the most parts. There were times during this era where she looked amazing and like "Lady Gaga should look," but there was never any consistency.
Here are some examples of really good outfits that were Gaga but also nice enough for the public to digest:

^^^ That entire week was so good.
And notice how different they all are? It's just too much for the public nowadays. It doesn't work anymore. What I would love is if for the next pop era, she would only wear one designer per month. It'd keep things consistent.
I think what bugs me the most is that she and her stylist don't know how to dress her body. 90% of her "horrible" outfits were only horrible because they simply didn't fit her.

I mean, I'm not saying Gaga's had that much impact, but damn, she really brought something new in the music industry.

This reminds me of a quote I saw on Tumblr. I don't remember the quote word for word, but it basically like her impact is what led to her overexposure and ultimately caused the public to turn their back on her. Her outfits and over-the-topness was new and refreshing until Katy, Ke$ha, Nicki, and tons of others basically adopted it, bastardized it, and made the public tired of it. Then those artists changed back to being "normal" and Gaga was stuck with nowhere to go.

Thank goodness this happened instead of:
I'll write hit songs about you,
No matter how, we'll get through.
I'll keep on singing for a living,
But I wanna be in love.
And I wanna be with you.

You know, it's really nice being able to say that Gaga's album tracks are on par with her singles. Like on ARTPOP, literally any song could've been a single (not saying they would've been a successful, but the options were open). With Rihanna and Katy, it really is true that the majority of the clear album tracks are trash.

ALSO...no t no shade, but I hate when y'all try to drag other artists and shade them at every moment like this, but then cry foul every time anyone even tries to drag Gaga. It's better to defend Gaga, not to drag other artists. Otherwise, you look like just as much of an ass as Swag, or other terrible stans.

People try to come for Gaga fans for being bad, but people like Ainsworth and whoever this is are just on another level. The constant personal attacks and making fun of teenagers killing themselves... It's just a low that most people wouldn't dare to go to. It shows that the people who hate Gaga are genuinely worse than those who love her.

The other song is trash. Dope is one of her best.

Yes! He's the best. He's also produced for System of a Down, Johnny Cash (Hurt), Jay-Z (99 Problems), a couple tracks on 21, executive produced Shakiras Oral Fixation albums and Artpop's best song Dope. He has a great track record.
I would love for Gaga to have her next album produced (maybe even executive produced) by him especially after Dope.
