Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this all happens. MTV is in love with Fifth Harmony, so some sort of promotion from them is quite possible. As for the TCAs, Camila's mom RT'd a tweet from a fake TCA account saying "RT if you're excited for Fifth Harmony to perform at the TCAs", so that pretty much confirms they're doing that. The third one is the least likely only because Simon doesn't seem to care about 5H at all anymore, but hopefully he cares enough to get them a spot on the show.
Also, I'm so excited for the recurrents to be removed from the pop chart tonight, because BO$$ will likely be in the Top 50
