So, after Cheek to Cheek, what kind of concept/image/music you guys want Gaga to go by?
Option 1: Alt-pop/rock Sound: Fresh, yet throwback alt-pop with rock and even disco flavour. 70s meets 90s singer/songwriter vibes. Concept: Stripped back, raw and reflective. It's about Stefani dealing with love, loss, anger, betrayal, addiction etc. Collaborators: Florence and the Machine, Sting, possibly Coldplay/Chris Martin. Producers/writers: Rick Rubin, Paul Epworth, Linda Perry, Glen Ballard*. Look: Brunette, pre-Fame Stefani meets Stevie Nicks. Cool, fashionable, effortless yet eccentric. Visuals: Etherial, beautiful, yet often dark. Potential for her to be very minimal.
*He's written for MJ (Man in the Mirror), Alanis (Hand In My Pocket, You Oughta Know, All I Really Want, Thank U, Ironic), Christina (Voice Within), Anastacia (Left Outside Alone, Sick and Tired), and Wilson Phillips' Hold On ().
Option 2: Disco/R&B Sound: Slick disco/pop, ambient electronica, minimal house, throwback R&B/funk flavour. Concept: An audio painting. Using samples, soundbites and spoken word to create a self-portrait of who she is. An amalgamation of influences, aspirations and reflection. Actual ARTPOP without the hype. Collaborators: Beyonce, Justin Timberlake. Producers/writers: Timbaland, Rick Rubin, Guy-Manuel, Pharrell, Dallas Austin. Look: Brunette Italian curls, leather jacket etc. Visuals: Sexy, edgy and 'real'.

this era we've gotten the least of practically everything compared to previous era's. the least amount of photo shoots (not artpop related), music videos, endorsements, etc

You guys do know that to change a persons Wikipedia photo, you have to have taken the picture yourself? That way, your giving Wikipedia the right to use your image, and they don't have to spend thousands of dollars to buy a professional photo. That's why most, if not all photos of known figures aren't professional studio shots.

1:21 is godly. Artrave convinced me that an Urban/Electro-Pop album from her would be amazing.
Unpopular opinion: I don't really want #5 to be Adult Contemporary. It's just not what I can see Gaga doing for an entire era, we're fine with just C2C and the occasional power ballad tbh.
That was right before the 30 second YT clips of both verses went up. They sounded so weird and sorta but that "spelling applause" hook made me know the song would slay!
