Some Hearts is probably the next out followed by Teenage Dream. Then Dangerously In Love and Songs In A Minor can exit.

Child, Sarah McLachlan was huge and her music was everywhere
Madonna is just more memorable because she continued her career and managed to slay for more than 2-3 years. That being said, people still hear "Angel" hourly.
I agree that the methodology isn't perfect, but you can't just exclude album sales.
