Jiggly is an iconic staple in the game. Removing her would be like removing Samus.

I do not want "surprise characters" unannounced prior to the game's release and/or be unlockable because the Japanese launch will ruin the surprise anyways.

They're not removing any of the original twelve and people need to realize it. If they were going to, they would've had Lucas replace Ness in Brawl and they would've had Wigglypuff now instead of Jigglypuff.
