I agree with Alexz on the fact that there are artists out there who do really well, but aren't established in the U.S. (i'm not including Natasha Bedingfield or Coldplay in this since we've seen what they could do) like The Veronicas. You know how hard it is for a foreign artist to do well? Take Sugababes and Mis-Teeq for example. They tried the U.S. 4 years ago and had moderate success here.

There's a lot of foreign-born artists I love that haven't done as well or haven't tried the U.S. including Stephanie McIntosh, Nightwish, Belinda, etc.
