Yes, Gags had her best material and commercial success combined together. She used all her power dots too soon, like a Pac-Man novice.
Normally, most artists stans will fl0ck to the flop album. see: Brinty/Blackout, Bén (B'Day/IASF/4/BÉN), Madonna (Erotica/BS - though I hate Erotica), etc.
So, she didn't even really take any experimental risks or differ in her sonic blueprint from her earlier releases. Her material just got worse without any artistic benefits.
It's all just bad. It's the truest definition of a decline.
