She fired pretty much all of the talent on her team that helped her get as far as she did. Don't get me wrong, she has talent herself, but putting everything together isn't a one-man job, no matter how much she wants it to be.

Plus, when her individual team members were fired, she pretty much downgraded from what she had before (BoomKack > Richy, Troy > Bobby, etc.)

I remember when everyone was jamming to her songs. She use to be so cool and interesting. Then she got weird with the horns and it all went down hill from there. Plus her music isn't as good imo

It also doesn't help that she has had the worst management out of almost all of the main pop girls after the original The Fame era. Had she had a good team, they would've been able to not have overblown her so quickly and could given her some more #1s during TFM era.
