That doesn't matter to me, unless they told all the passengers ahead of time that there was risk in flying over a warzone, then the airlines deserves to be sued by every single passenger's family. Your logic is flawed. Just being it's daily doesn't mean it's safe.
If someone crossed the street blind-folded on a daily basis and lucky didn't get hit majority of the time, does that mean they will never get hit by an oncoming car they couldn't see?
If I was boarding a plane flying over a warzone, best believe I'm going to want them to tell me the potential dangers. Unless they specifically told all the passengers and the passengers agreed, then this is wrong.

Basically it's a routine flight and there was no threat of rockets or any types of weapons being used by civilians.
Also, if the plane was over 30,000 feet in the air, a very sophisticated weapon had to be used to shoot the plane down so...
If the Russian army did indeed shoot the plane down, it was 100% intentional and not an accident which could result badly.

It's obvious regular civilians wouldn't just shoot down a commercial flight so high up in the air, but now both sides are going to deny they did it.
