Azealia on Conan
Azealia Banks appeared on Conan O'Brien's late night talk show on TBS today to promote her new album Reborn with its singles Vibes as well as Paradiso. The appearance of Azealia had both a performance and an interview. Both the performance and the interview that Azealia took part in were uploaded onto YouTube hours after they occurred where they have both since gained a good amount of views. After Azealia's performance on the late night talk show, Conan, both Paradiso and Reborn gained a significant increase in both sales and a bump in positions on iTunes. With 4 million viewers watching, Azealia brought a good sized audience to the cable tv channel.
For Azealia's performance on Conan, she wore a pink bikini with swarovski crystals covering each piece of the outfit. On top of the bikini, Azealia wore a white chiffon jacket and skirt, making it very visible of the bikini which was underneath. All of this was designed by Valentino as well as Azealia's pink crystal covered pumps to match the outfit she wore. Azealia still had in the long braids from Kimmel in which she used to her advantage throughout the performance of Paradiso by flipping them as she rapped the verses. At the start of the performance Azealia had her back to the audience as she was flipping her braids around. With this the beat to Paradiso played. Azealia then grabbed the mic and began rapping the first verse and as soon as you know it, Trina surprises the crowd and helps Azealia by performing her verse of the remix. With Trina on stage, her and Azealia rap the song together and even sing the chorus in sync. After a hug and a standing ovation from the crowd, the performance was over and it was time for the interview. With a quick commercial break, Azealia was sitting down and ready to be asked questions. Read below for highlights of the lengthy interview:
Q: You did great with that performance Azealia! You really wow us every time you perform.
A: Thank you! I am so happy and really just glad to be here. I like to put my all into every time I perform. Plus I got this really bomb ass outfit from Valentino so of course I gotta do good!
Q: Speaking of Valentino, are you their new face?
A: Actually, yes I am. All will be announced soon but yes I am the new face of Valentino. I have been wearing them since day 1 and me and Valentino Garavani have been great friends for a while. He's making all the outfits for my new tour The Lift Off. I can't wait to show everyone.
Q: We're really looking forward to that. Tell us about this album Reborn though.
A: Okay so I have a new album out called Reborn. I just dropped it last week. It has my two new singles Vibes as well as Paradiso and I really want everyone to go out and buy it. It's a great album. Heavily influenced by Bjork and overall I have put a lot of effort into this work. As I've said before, I actually wrote the entire album while recovering from my accident.
Q: I bought the album and I think everyone in the studio has. Tell us though, you have a new single out called Paradiso, tell us about that.
A: My single is called Paradiso. Like I've said it's just a really fun beach song. Like you saw, my good friend Trina features on the remix. We recently shot and released the video for the remix which has along with Trina, Missy Elliott, Remy Ma, and Shawnna. It's a great record and the video is so fun and creative. I love it, really.
Q: It really is a great song, I recommend everyone to go out and listen to it. It's been great talking to you though, Azealia. However this is all the time we have. Everyone at home go out and buy Reborn and Paradiso by Azealia Banks! Goodnight everyone!

Critics have praised the EP as great and "good for those who don't like everyone on the remix" as stated by Entertainment Weekly. On the Remix EP there is a version of each feature on the official remix with just them and Azealia. With this, each girl and Azealia give a different and unique verse through each remix that's not seen on the official remix that was given a video release earlier this week. The remix EP has also found its way into the iTunes top 20.
