- "Fashion!" and "Cake Like Lady Gaga" were only performed until the June 3, 2014 concert in San Jose.
- "Mary Jane Holland" was only performed until the July 5, 2014 concert in Ottawa.
- T.I. joined Lady Gaga onstage to perform "Jewels N' Drugs" at the May 13, 2014 concert in New York City.
- A shortened version of "Hair" was performed at the May 25, 2014 concert in Calgary.
- A shortened version of "Marry the Night" was performed at the June 2, 2014 concert in San Diego.
- Lady Gaga performed a cover of George Gershwin's "I've Got a Crush on You" at the July 5, 2014 concert in Ottawa.
- A shortened version of "The Queen" was performed at the May 20 and July 7, 2014 concerts in Saint Paul and Buffalo, respectively.
- A shortened version of "The Edge of Glory" was performed at the July 2, 2014 concert in Montreal and was permanently included to the setlist at the July 9, 2014 concert in Toronto.
- "Aura" was not performed at the July 4 and July 5, 2014 concerts in Quebec City and Ottawa, respectively. A shorter version of it started being performed at the July 9, 2014 concert in Toronto.
- A shorter version of "Sexxx Dreams" started being performed at the July 9, 2014 concert in Toronto.
- Live instruments were added to the "Partynauseous" performance at the July 9, 2014 concert in Toronto.
- "Judas" was permanently added to the setlist at the July 9, 2014 concert in Toronto.
