I sprained my ankle while motorbiking over the weekend and today morn was leg day so you can imagine how much pain I was in. Disastrous workout.
And urgh I know how that feels, when you take some time off and you find yourself shrinking and going back to square one

(Though I think the muscle loss is mostly in the mind)
